FEBRUARY 2025 - Stencilling and stamping
We will be making cards or small items of wall art using stencilling techniques (including layered stencilling with the fabulous Hunkydory Layering Masks!), backgrounds with Distress Oxide inks and stamping. Suitable for beginners. Lots of help available and all the materials and equipment you need are provided. Use the Contact Form to book, or phone Natalie on 07962 177903. MARCH 2025 - Marbling with shaving foam and making aperture cards
We will be making marbled card using shaving foam and inks (which is great fun!) then using the card to make greeting cards or small items of wall art with apertures. Suitable for beginners. BASIC INTRODUCTION TO HOT FOILING - MORE WORKSHOPS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 2025
Looking to try something new, or have a hot foiling platform that's not being used? This workshop could be for you! Focusing on the technique of using a hot foiling platform in conjunction with a die-cutting machine, to create stunning results! This workshop covers the basics - equipment, materials, basic hot foiling on to card and troubleshooting for when things go wrong!
We use the Gemini Foilpress in the workshop, with everyone having personal use of a platform and plenty of opportunity to practice and experiment! The Foilpress works in a very similar way to the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foiling System and Couture Creations Go Press and Foil, so the workshop is relevant to all of these systems (any differences are fully explained).
Cost is £10 (payable on the day) with everything provided and you will have lots of foiled examples to take home with you. Follow up sessions in the form of Intermediate and Advanced Workshops will be available shortly.
