Delivery
We aim to process and despatch your item(s) as soon as possible and within 2 working days of receiving your order, in line with our shop opening times which can be seen here.
Small and medium sized parcels will be sent using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
If you have not received your items within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
We do not ship outside of the UK.
We also offer a 'collect from store' option, which can be selected at checkout. There is no delivery charge for this option and your items will be reserved for you to collect from our shop Hadrian's Hobbies, 6 The Old Brewery, Craw Hall, Brampton, CA8 1TR during our shop opening times.
It may be possible that an item showing as in stock on the website is no longer available (for example if it has been sold in-store and there is a slight delay in updating the website). In this circumstance we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund.
Returns
Items can be returned in accordance with your 'Right to Cancel' as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
If you have received an item in error, or the item received is damage or defective, please contact as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receipt - please see our Terms and Conditions.
